Sweet tooth

A girly shower wouldn't be complete without a yummy sweets bar of some kind! We had an ice cream bar packed with delicious toppings and fun waffle bowls, I have learned that an ice cream bar is really quite simple but it can get a little pricey if you aren't careful! Our toppings included:

• Reese cup crumbles
• Heath bar crumbles
• Homemade brownie crumbles
• Mini m&m's
• Rainbow sprinkles
• Chocolate sprinkles
• Chopped almonds
• Peanut butter chips
• Fresh strawberries
• Maraschino cherries (of course!)
• Chocolate sauce
• Caramel sauce
• Marshmallow sauce
• THIS delicious peanut butter sauce
• Whipped cream

My friend Aron had sent me a picture of a darling ice cream bar a couple months ago and in the picture it showed frosted glasses filled with ice cold milk. I apologize, because I do not remember where it came from, but that is a brilliant idea! Milk and ice cream...mmmm. We decided to do the very same thing by putting glasses in the freezer and serving ice cold milk when it came time for the ice cream bar. Well, I guess you can say we were having too much fun at the shower and we completely forgot about the milk! I think everyone was happy with coffee anyway, but still, it was a cute idea. :)
