a long lost hello :) i hope everyone has had a lovely summer! for me, this has been a very full and exciting few months! my husband and i were blessed to spend over three weeks in hawaii with my family and some very close friends. it was a perfect vacation... i mean, really, how can you go wrong in hawaii? as i promised some months ago, i have some fun pictures to share with you. these girly-sparkly-pink pictures are from a surprise birthday party my sister and i threw for our mom. it was a great day with her best girls (no, not just us). :)
a butter-vanilla white cake with almond roca buttercream... seriously? yes, yes.

and creme puffs... they are so feminine and delicious!
crystals and diamonds really were the theme behind the whole party... because if you know my mom she LOVES her sparkles!
it was a sweet little luncheon with yummy food, sweet treats, and precious friends. my mom was blessed and at the end of the day, that's all we wanted!

hopefully it won't be so long until the next time we meet. but until then, happy september! (can we seriously be 4 months away from ending this year?!)
