A quaint little birthday party for a sweet girl. The evening consisted of homemade personal pizzas, (guests had to twirl and knead their own dough!), pomegranate cider, and regular and mini-sized red velvet cupcakes that were in fact pink velvet cupcakes. :) The recipe for the cupcakes can be found here, while the recipe for the cream cheese frosting can be found here. Delicious! It wouldn’t be a birthday party without any presents and of course, there were many! Fun was had by all.

I love the new layout as well. And who's birthday was it? Basically this is a duplicate post to Aron's. Sorry!
you girls are cute :) i'm glad you like the new colors. it's kind of cracked out but it makes me smile when i look at it since it's so bright and happy! and the party was for my dear friend tara :)
ooooo!! New look!! I love it... but it makes me sad at the same time- & I know you relate... because I LOVE spring, all the fun bright colors... but it makes me sad to think winter is three full seasons away again! :)
we can just hope for a really rainy spring to make up for that!
I think it may possibly be a crime; however, I JUST JUST JUST discovered Red Velvet Cupcakes on Valentines. They are SSSOOOO good! What a fun birthday party! Do you do small events as well very often?
Aren't they just to die for?! That red velvet is dangerous :) I actually LOVE doing small events! They are probably my favorite because they are so intimate and personal and can be done in such unique ways. I hope to eventually help develop more of a "formal dinner party" market in this area..."JUST BECAUSE" parties! Not for any reason other than enjoying life, love, creativity and dressing up :-) We all want an excuse to get dressed up and go out, right?
Ooooh, that would have been a party I'd like to get invited too! Sounds like fun!
